A session (online or not) is 60 minutes.
After each session personalized homework will be sent. This homework consists out of a minimum of 4 tailor made practices/teachings/poems to work with in between sessions.
You have the opportunity to send feedback after the homework. I will take time to reply.
A follow up call lasts 15 minutes. When not showing up, the call is lost.
